HOW MANY TIMES MUST I COMPLAIN THROUGH THIS WEB SITE???
AUTOPAGE DID NOT HONOUR MY CONTRACT AND THEREFORE, I WAS FORCED TO PAY IN R800 LAST MONTH IN ORDER NOT TO BE CUT OFF AND PENALISED WHICH I DID IMMEDIATELY. OF COURSE, WITHOUT FAIL, IT WAS THE FAULT OF AUTOPAGE AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING SINCE THEN TO GET THE REFUND. I WAS NOT TOLD BY DION THAT THEY WILL CREDIT MY ACCOUNT AT THE END OF MARCH!!! WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH. WHY MUST I WAIT 2 MONTHS TO BE REFUNDED FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT MY FAULT AND WHY IS IT NOT BEING REFUNDED INTO THE ACCOUNT THAT IT WAS PAID FROM. THIS IS NOT SERVICE. I HAVE ALREADY CANCELLED ONE CONTRACT WITH AUTOPAGE THIS WEEK, ARE THEY LOOKING FOR ME TO CANCEL ANOTHER ONE??? REQUEST NUMBER I RECEIVED FROM DION IS A1302151061.
I WANT A REFUND WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT INTO THE ACCOUNT THAT THE MONEY WAS PAID FROM. DON'T OR YOUR CLIENTS. IT'S A DISGRACE!!!
