Urgent and still no response

So I got an SMS alerting me to high account usage after the end of the month - issue number one as its to late to do anything.
Then My wife calls all three numbers listed on the sms no luck but manages at the third attempt to request itemised billing to confirm if the usage is correct or not. This was promised within 24 hours (time 3.20pm - 4.30pm).
24 hours later and nothing still, so she phones back an additional 45 mins, the call is made urgent.
An additional 24 hours later still no call back no billing nothing???

How do we get customer service Vodacom

Never mind the questions like if our monthly bill is around R3000.00 per month why did we only get notified when the account was at R 11 000.00??? The guy on the first call promised a device check of some sort we are also waiting for this???
