I received huge cell phone accounts during the last few months of 2012. I was billed for data usage. I queried this account on 15/8/2012 and was sent a reference number M12101935. In the email I was told that the itemised accounts that I had requested would be sent to me within 2 - 24 working hours. I have never received them. I am being charged every month for an itemised bill on my data usage, but to date have never received one. I then spoke to a gentleman - MCMSIPA on 11/12/2012 after receiving another high bill, he promised to get back to me and gave me his email address to send him the information. My contract stipulates I get 1 gig of data per month, plus an extra 1 gig free from midnight to 5am. We have, to my knowledge, never gone over the data allocated and I do not received a detailed account for this account. I have noticed that since I logged these reports, my account has not been high again, which makes me suspect that the mistake has been rectified, but the credit I am due has not been. I would really appreciate an explanation for the bad service.
