Excessive Charges and Inadequate Explanations

17 Sep CellC SMS only R543.16 to use on my account. Strange as bill is never in excess of R399 package by more than a few Rand. 18 Sept logged onto CellC internet acc to check, 3 huge data usage amounts of over 600MB each. Charges on 9 Sept & 17 Sept occurred while at gym with phone not in use (left in locker while working out). I'm sure this could be verified by gym by reviewing access records.
Summary of my communications since then
18 Sept Internet query submitted. No further response
25 Sept 2nd Internet query lodged
27 Sept Call to discuss query. Follow up email sent after call
30 Sept SMS received saying the usage is valid & ICASA prevents CellC from divulging details of this usage
1 Oct Email sent to CellC requesting further information
2 Oct CellC indicate referral to technical department. No further response
10 Oct Follow up email to CellC
11 Oct CellC email on decreasing data usage & say usage information can only be obtained via subpoena
11 Oct Respond to CellC. No further response
16 Oct Email CellC
19 Oct Cell C email saying they tried to phone but indicated number not mine
Will pay bill to avoid cut-off but require resolution - usage history indicates bill incorrect
