Called the store to confirm repairs on my cellphone. Called three times and call went unanswered at the repair section. Called and spoke to a woman that I needed to speak to the manager of repairs. She was unprofessional and before I could complete explaining myself she transfered me to reapirs. She did this twice. On the third time I called and asked her name she deliberately cut the the call. I then managed to get hold of Andre and he stated that he would bring up the matter at a meeting on Friday.
This Vodacom store is a disgrace to Vodacom customers. The staff are rude and unprofessional. On Tuesday 26 February 2013 I went in the store to take a new contract and there was about 15 people in the queue being assisted by only two consultants. Yet there were four other staff members doing unproductive work at the counter.
