Web Africa Misleading Users - PLS READ

On Mon 12 Aug I logged an issue here stating that Web-Africa, restricted with Internet access by "Throttling" my ADSL. My initial query was that I was never informed on how my account went into this status nor was a given any help on how to get back to full access. WA then stated I had high D/L usage during the hours of 6 - 12 and that was the reason for the "Throttle"
So upon MY investigation this what I found that during the hours that WA said i did high D/L, was actually not:
Date - Day Usage (MB) - Usage bet 6-12 (rounded to closest MB).
05-Aug - 5724 - 1456.
06-Aug - 3430 - 970.
07-Aug - 1750 - 170.
08-Aug - 960 - 180.
09-Aug - 2570 - 173.
10-Aug - 2846 - 697.
11-Aug - 1853 - 456.
I looked into your KB and and support and whatever else you offered, and in short you guys Do Not care in helping users/customers once you have got them in. The above information was supplied by ME. I did this to try to understand if you guys were correct in everything you doing to assist.
So CLEARLY I AM BEING THROTTLED FOR A REASON THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE NOR DOES YOUR KB, SUPPORT OR ANY INFO ON YOUR WEBSITE COVER.

THE REASON YOU GAVE IS HIGH D/L USAGE HOWEVER THE EVIDENCE SHOWS OTHERWISE...
