I logged a call to determine the unusually High Data usage of R5500.00 on my sons cell.

No Feedback - I had to keep calling and get transferred from Data Support to Customer Care departments etc.

I need a Detailed Itemized Bill of the data usage between 10-Dec-2013 and 30-Dec-2013, so that I can verify if this was valid usage.

I am annoyed that I received no notification when the Data bundle was up and that it simply kept on using data "out-of-bundle"
I was later told that I needed to upgrade to some top-up option which then only notified when the Data Bundle is nearing its limits - for an extra R30 per month - This make NO Sense at all - WHY IS THIS option NOT Default!!!

I have been a loyal Vodacom Customer for about 18 years and will close my account if this level of service continues.
