Account Suspended without warning - Unacceptable

I am really disappointed at the level of service experienced at Altech Autopage and the incompetence of the customer service agent, namely Patience.

Firstly, I received an email from Patience last week regarding a high usage on my account. I had then emailed back to query this and enquired as to why I had not been limited to the 2GB that I had signed up for. On signing the autopage contract at VodaWorld, I was told that this is a 2GB contract and that that I would be charged a monthly fee and given 2GB and that was all. On receiving the high usage email from Patience, I immediately asked her the reason I had been taken to this high usage due to the agreement that I had signed up for and that the Consumer Protection Act clearly states that what was sold to the consumer is what the consumer should get, yet right now I am sitting with a high usage bill.

To add to my disappointment, she had stopped replying to my emails and continued to suspend my line without any warning or notice. Again, this is against the Consumer Protection Act. I logged on today only to find that I cannot connect to the internet and on calling your call centre, I was told the default response "Network Error"
