After struggling with connectivity for a while with telkom mweb contacted ME and sold me a package.no one month calendar notice was given when their seacom line went down.no calendar month notice was given when my line was throttled for a few days with a new policy they implemented.so why do i have to give calendar month notice especially when i paid for data pro rata.and why should i mail a cancellation form to cancel when i filled in NO forms neither on paper nor online when i signed up?
