I have been on contract with Autopage for 3 years.

In July 2013 I complained about a brand new Blackberry that was not working reliably.
I was asked to come to a shop during working hours to submit the phone for repairs. I was not given a replacement phone.
After a few weeks I started phoning in to check progress. After two months of regular phoning in I was told the "repaired" had been laying in the drawer for a while and was ready to be picked up.

After receiving the phone now in October it is clear that it is again not working. It continues to shut down, freeze and does not react to buttons instructions.

Communication and effective service at this branch used to be brilliant.
