Unthrottled ADSL changed to throttled

I took MWeb's Uncapped ADSL package based entirely on their assurances that, while they shaped traffic, they would never ever throttle the account. After only 1 month with them, they did away with that offering and, without warning, moved me to a different package (no change in price). Despite this I have been forced to adhere to the calendar month notice period while my internet has been extremely slow for more than 3 weeks.

MWeb uncapped ADSL is a complete waste of money, even Telkom seems to provide more data before cutting you off. It takes a lot to be worse than Telkom, but somehow MWeb has managed it effortlessly.
