Throttling an excuse for no service

I was one of the unfortunate customers to receive a email stating that MWeb will throttle me this month. The last week I have experienced what MWeb means by throttling to the full extent that I cannot even browse to their website and it takes 30min to open any website. Top 3% already left so the everytime the threshold get lowered.

Their attitude far from appropriate that you throttled and have to live with it but if you want to cancel give us a calendar months notice. 1 months notice for no service forget it we will see one another in court before I give one months notice. Consider this as my notice.
