Have to pay after AUP throttling

So you guys have combed me under your same old AUP throttling and my internet is unusable!

I will give you your way and move to another ISP but how do you expect me to pay a calendar month notice for something I do not receive - service!!

It is simple:
You don't want me as a customer (after 4 or more years), I dont want you as my ISP anymore - feeling is mutual!
So please do away with my calendar months notice and release my line back to Telkom so we can part.

PS: please differ from your usual response so other users can see what your efforts actually are:
