Hi, firstly - I am just trying to gel hold of someone to deal with me individually on my line cancellation request. If I use [Email Removed] or [Email Removed] I just keep getting automated responses where I actually need a person to speak to which I think is not an unreasonable request. Secondly, I get that my contract requires me to give a calendar month's notice to cancel my line rental (which I have through MWEB) but I think you should also get that much has changed since I entered into this agreement and this is certainly not a requirement of your competitors. MWEB was always an innovative company (hence why I signed up in the first place) and this type of insistence is really contrary to this philosophy. Your competitors are more flexible and cost competitive for the same value proposition and that is why I am leaving. I would have considered coming back in the future once MWEB catches up with the times but this insistence on a months cancellation has sourced my view of the company. I would like my line released to Telkom at the end of the month. I will pay you for December anyway to uphold my end of the bargain but please - release my line ASAP.
