What happened to client service?

From a client's point of view, I am growing exceedingly tired with the level of service that we receive.

My problem started months ago:
1. Received a Faulty Upgrade, had to fight to get this resolved.
2. Upgrade Dates not changed by Staff in Vodashop after it had been instructed for them to do this
3. Calling in to get matter resolved, and some investigation performed as to what transpired

The problem I sit with is that because certain individuals prefer not to do the bare minimum (* Pointing out that it is their JOB*), I know owe and exceedingly large amount of money to Vodacom.

The OTHER problem I face is that no efforts are made yet again to get to the bottom of this problem, and no assistance is given as far as options to repay this large amount. I made a payment yesterday, and the consultant that I spoke to stated that my phone would be soft locked until the remaining amount is received.

After a number of calls and elaborate explanations from various agents, it really hit me that this company really does not care. Not saying I was not at fault in any way. I should have checked and ensured that the individuals I dealt with, did their *job*.

My phone is still blocked
