Very poor attitude towards customers - no comms

On `16 June 2013, I took a phone in for repairs to Mtn Canal Walk. The fault was a minor one and was promised a phone call the following Wednesday with a quote. No one contacted me and I contacted the Repair Centre at the end of that week. A phone number which was completely unknown to all my family members was recorded.
I was then told of the quote and I confirmed telephonically that I accepted the quote. I heard nothing else for a week and contacted the repair centre again.
The consultant I spoke to confirmed that I had accepted the quote and asked if I had received an sms asking for a confirmation. I had not.
This consultant sent me an sms to which I accepted the quote.
Again I heard nothing from Mtn. I contacted them again to hear that the phone had been repaired - had I not received an sms? I had not!
I was told by N. Burton at Canal Walk to fetch the repaired phone from the store and pay for it there. I was told another version by the consultant at the repair centre. I was to EFT the amount and she would give me the bank account number over the phone. For security reasons I do not accept this. She promised she would email the bank details to me - I am still waiting.
