AUTOPAGE is most certainly not a service provider I would recommend to anyone.
Ive got an iPhone4s with a faulty button. Took the phone to iStore & was advised this is a known fault with this phone & I need to take it to the provider to repair or replace.
Took phone to Autopage to speed up the process. (if only!!!)
Phone booked in on 7th Aug 2013. On 28th Aug, I called to follow up on phone as had not heard anything regarding the status. I was promised a call within 24 hrs. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!
4th Sept, I called again to follow up & was told the phone is at repair centre but they could tell me nothing more than that. I asked to speak to the manager IRIS, I was then promised she would call me back that same day after following up. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK FROM IRIS.
I called back 5th Sept 9am & was told Iris is on the phone & will call me when she is off.
4hrs later I still heard nothing from IRIS. I had to speak to Brady who said the phone was sent back to cause the quote was not accepted. WHAT QUOTE cause yesterday it was at repair centre with no other feedback!
MY phone is under WARRANTY - FIX IT and HURRY UP!!!
