Wrong number upgrade

This is specifically mtn next to pick and pay cresta mall, It was suppose to be upgrade to my 0717195471 instead a wrong number was upgraded I realised after 2 months cause the billing was wrong I went into the store to ask for the number to be exchanged cause I have two contracts for my two phones the manager and the responsible consultant promised to get back to me in 72 workings hours its been 3 months now mtn got tired of me this is pathetic my plan is to cancel all my relations with them I was given ref no 2754755 I guess this means nothing
