Phone is still not working order!! 2nd complaint!!

Dear Mbogeni,
I feel that it is still unfair for me to pay for repairs when..
1.The phone is still not in good working order.
2.It's not my problem that the consultant at the Cell C store gave me the incorrect warranty date.
3.I never accepted the quote for the phone to be fixed. I received the SMS that I need to call a certain number to accept the quote, and I went to the store to take this up and enquire about the warranty.
4.Why do I have to suffer for the incompetent staff at the CellC store?
5. If I did not accept a quote, I'm not eligible to pay it!! and now my account has been billed with the repair amount of R370.
Can someone please sort this out!!!
