Repair cracked screen - 6 weeks and counting

23.03.13 - phone handed into MTN Cresta to repair cracked screen to Samsung Galaxy S3
31.03.13 - followed up with branch as NO communication received from the service centre
02.04.13 - Phoned service centre to accept the quote to fix the screen, they never sms'd me to accept quote
10.04.13 - Phoned MTN RC again - no work has been done on phone since acceptance of quote - will make this a priority call
18.04.13 - Payment has to be made before repairs to phone will be made. Contacted the MTN branch to confirm this information
19.04.13 - payment made to the MTN RC. Confirmation of fee received.
23.04.13 - No further action taken by RC to repair the phone
25.04.13 - Told that the phone is waiting for despatch. Told them that the phone had better be at the Cresta branch by the weekend.
27.04.13 - NO phone received. Cresta checks the system, no despatch to their branch has been recorded. The Branch manager will now get involved
29.04.13 - Branch manager goes to repair centre - NO REPAIRS TO THE PHONE HAS BEEN DONE.
01.05.13 - Branch manager will email Senior manager and copy me in the communication
04.04.13 - NO PHONE & NO communication on the status of the phone
SO THIS IS SERVICE??
