Repairs where not done!

I am disgusted with the service which i have received from Nashua mobile! I sent my phone in for repairs and when i got a quote to repair my Lcd and phone cover i rejected the quote but still queried with the personal on the phone if the other problem areas with the phone would be repaired, and she confirmed with me that they would be and that the quote was just for the about mentioned two items. When i received my phone back nothing had been repaired on my phone it looked as if the hadn't even turned it on! I have been following up this repair and have just been told that the repairs where not done due to physical damage therefore the warranty gets voiled! If this is the case why was it not communicated to me on the phone when i received the quote, but instead nearly the complete opposite was explained??? And to add to my fury R150 was taken off my account today for repairs! And no repairs where done on my phone!!! I am extremely angry with the service which i have received from Nashua Mobile and i want this matter to be resolved ASAP! You warn us every time we call in that the phone calls are recorded so why cant you go back and listen to the phone call which i received!?
