Cell C
ACCEPTED QUOTE, BUT PHONE REMAINS UNREPAIRED

I took my phone into Cell C Cavendish Square on the 7 March 2013. I accepted their quote but my phone came back after 48 days UN-REPAIRED stating that I rejected the quote. The store said they were going to send my phone away again. Now, after checking with them again, I discovered that my phone is there ready to collect but UN-REPAIRED because I rejected the quote! When did I reject the quote??? I have proof in the form of an accepted quote form that was faxed through to the store and Cell C Repair center. Cell C has been sitting with my phone for 2 and a half months now without repairing it. I have gotten no help at all from the call center but even less help from the Cavendish Square store. They don't return my calls, they don't reply to my emails. I get a reply when I send them the same email 20 times to get some sort of response from them. And I even discovered that they've to me about sending my phone away a 2nd time. I am so shocked and disgusted by the stores attitude. They laugh this matter off and tell me I should rather upgrade. Why does Cell C think it's okay to have my phone for 2 and a half months and do nothing about my problem?
