BIS throttling

To whom this may consern:

I admit I am an excessive data user and that is why I ported to Cell C, because I knew they didn't throttle BIS clients only to find out a month later they throttled me, but they at least notified me unlike a certain cellular network.

Don't even tell me to buy a data bundle, because at R3070 for 20gb you can shove that so far up a big black hole that no one can find it. Even if I paid R3070 for uncapped internet I wouldn't do it.

Rethink your methods quickly because I am sick and tired of your companies implementing policies when you feel like it.
