In ApriI I booked my phone in (4 months old) for dropping calls and rebooting. The screen had a crack at the top but was not hampering the device's working. The phone came back to the store without being repaired as they could not get a response from me. I had paid a levy of R150. I requested Yesan to send it back as I had paid the levy. During September I noticed that my account was debited R1500. I contacted Nashua and was told that it was for the LCD screen repair. After numerous calls and e-mails, Nashua has now stated that I accepted the quote. Last week when I went to see Yesan he agreed that the phone was not booked in for that. I have just received an e-mail where he informed head office that he personally gave me the quote and I did accept it. When I went to see him now he has changed his story and said that he remembers giving me the quote and I did accept it. Why would I book a phone in for a software problem and then accept a quote for something need or ask for. The phone I got back was not mine it was a "refurbished" request. Nashua have changed their story so many times. I have requested the job card with the "fault description" repair LCD screen.
