UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I sent my phone (nokia n8) for repairs at the Sandton branch on the 24 of February. I was told I would be sent a quote in a few days, on the 4 of April I received the quotation. I accepted the quote on the 7th.

I was told I could expect the phone back that Friday (15th April). When I visited the shop I was told the quote had not been accepted, funny as I had done it earlier that week, I told the guy to accept the quote and he told me the same story of a weeks delivery time. Next Friday (19th April) I went back and was told because the phone was at an advanced repair centre it would take an extra week? No sms to tell me this.

I then went back today to see where my phone is and there system was offline so there is no way of knowing. I then phoned the repair help number and was helped by Felicity who told me my quote had still not been accepted and she would do her best to get my phone to me ASAP. At least somebody is competent at Vodacom. Three people and none of them can accept a quote, the last one telling me its on its way when it hadn't even been repaired? Plus the quote was not cheap guess I'll just have to pay the full price even though I haven't had my phone for a month!
