Driving scorecard error and zero feedback

Driving scorecard for both vehicles indicate night driving while vehicles locked in garage. Other scoring areas also down without apparent cause.

At least 4 phone calls to Vitality Drive and still no explanation.

Ref 2874523301 logged 31/5, promised response in 5 working days; none received.
Subsequent Ref logged around 11/12, logged as urgent, promised response; none received.
Called last week, agent promised personal follow up and feedback in 24 hours; none received.
Called again yesterday. System reflects that DQ Track unit was repaired. No repairs ever done. Scorecard still not fixed. Requested escalation from agent, promised call from manager within 24 hours; no call received.
Requested escalation / complaints email address, was given [Email Removed] sent escalation email; have received no feedback as yet.

I never ever expected to have to use HP to get service out of Discovery. This is an absolute last resort as everything else has been a dead end. A previously brilliant company is now appeaing less than ordinary to me.

Very concerned about what might happen should I need to claim, if simple admin like this cannot be done without drama
