DQ Track is useless

Discovery Insure is great product but DQ track installation and service is DISMAL to say the least. I am quite concerned that Discovery still associate with such a service. 2 or 3 years ago when I had their units installed on my two vehicles. The unit on the one had to be replaced and twice for the other vehicle.

Recently I traded in one vehicle and on Friday the 10th January a unit was installed on the vehicle, only to find that some wires where cut during the installation, This resulted in my vehicle being at the dealer until Wednesday the 15th. In the weeks to follow it was confirmed twice to me that myself and the dealer will be refunded for the bill and that the paper work was at the financial department.
I contacted the dealer on the 29th again and was shocked to find out that STILL NO PAYMENT. I emailed Adhir yesterday and have not received any feedback. THIS IS NOW 3 WEEKS LATER and this unit also had to be replaced

DQ Track is useless, there is of course no refund for all the phone calls, me driving around additionally and spending time at dealerships.

I would encourage Discovery to review their association with this company since I'm not the only one with these problem
