Handed my cell phone in for repairs are Sunridge branch and no backup cell phone was offered. I called the call centre on the 13th requesting one and they told me they could not help. I requested that they speak to the branch and give me feedback by COB the following day - agreed to, but not received. Called again on the 13th and 15th and the phone had only just been received by the head office (two weeks later). I called this week and it had been sent to MTN for assessment. (Still no call re: replacement phone). Requested that the repairs department advise on the delay in sending to get fixed - feedback promised by 19th COB - not provided. Called again on the 20th, advised will get feedback in 24 working hours (3 days) - not happy wirth this response - requested earlier feedback - agreed to, but not done. I called again this morning, feedback promised from manager by 12:00 - not provided. Called and spoke to Henry (Client Services Manager) and he promised I would get feedback by 14:00 from Naziem - the Senior Manager of Operations - no call received.
This is not acceptible service from a company I have been with over 10 years. I want feedback and resolution now.
