About a debit reversal

On Tuesday, 11 June, I asked for a reversal on an erroneous double debit. I was promised Friday. On Friday, I was promised the next day. A long weekend followed. On Tuesday, nothing. On Wednesday morning I was promised 2pm. At 2pm I was first told 3 days and then later today. Why do they keep lieing to me?
