DQ Points doesnt reflect (no feedback)

Yet again, I have to report a failure to provide adequate customer service, feedback and response, Previously complaints regarding the incorrect logging of DQ points was resolved sufficiently, however, the points for January again reflect a total SIGNIFICANTLY less than expected (326 versus the average 500 for driving behaviour). This shows the total DQ points for January as the basic items only (quizzes, twt check and advanced driving).

Given the previous issues I have had with DQ track, this does not create a favourable picture for the Discovery Insure product which is neither hassle-free NOR convenient given the constant need to double-check, follow-up and query the results. When I attempt to raise the issue with the email addresses listed (including the email address from historical communications) NO feedback is received!!!
