Hi logged a call with Discovery Insure on July 9 and provided all my details for a quote on short-term insurance. The quote finally came out to being much higher than the current amount I am paying. Upon querying the same I was told to send details of my current insurance to Discovery to see if this could be bettered. I did this and was promised that I will receive a response the same day.
I have since enquired on several occasions the status of the quote and have not received any feedback to date.
Pity, I am a Discovery Life, Medical Aid, Retirement, Vitality member and this is not the service expected.
