Driving Scorecard not updated for months

My wife bought a new vehicle in July of 2012. Since then her driver scorecard has not been updated which is preventing us from reaching Advanced VitalityDrive status (and thus not receiving all the rewards we could have). It just shows exactly 400 for every month.

I have phoned at least 3 times and sent multiple emails but it is still not fixed for months now. They either reply and state that the device is working (the tracking device is working but still the driver points monitor is not updating) or just completely ignore me.
