Yet another "system issue"

During the past 4 months, I had to log 3 calls with Discovery about my healthyfood benefit being incorrect. Every time I get promised that I will get feedback within 3 to 5 working days, and I NEVER get any feedback within that time. Every time I get told that it is a "system error".
Now, they have fixed the problem I logged 2 weeks ago, they have paid the benefit into a "Health Wallet" that I do not even have. I don't have access to the money, and now they have logged yet another call to figure out why it happened, and I will now apparently hear back from them within... 3 to 5 working days.
I am very concerned that Discovery is handling our money on our credit cards etc, and have had 5 system errors on just MY policies in 4 months. This is simply not good enough Discovery. Maybe it is time to move to another company with less "system problems". The latest call number is 2890650598.
