Milk turned chunky 16 days before best before date

I purchased a 2 litre carton of Clover milk from the Sunninghill Checkers on 25 January 2014 (bar code: 6 001299 016110, batch number: 008 AT3 L5, expiry date: 11 Feb 2014). I used the milk on 26 January 2014 and was disappointed to see that the milk had soured and had a consistency of porridge. I threw it out.

I wrote to Clover's customer contact email address, through their website, and supplied all the above information a week ago, and have yet to receive a response.

I always held Clover in high regard but I will think twice about them going forward.
