16/12/2013 I purchased 6 tickets for Enders game, ref no 7045074. When we wanted to purchase drinks and pop corn we were told that there is no more slush and that all 4 machines are empty. I let it go and ordered cooldrinks.
Then wanted to purchase combo's and at the same time urn the 100 points on my club membership. To my surprise I was told that there is no more wine gums. We were served by Sinovuyo Njomeni at 12:15 ref no 7045158. At this stage I asked to speek to the manager/supervisor.
The Supervisor told me with glee that they do not have enough space to stock a lot of confectionaries and if it was finished that is just it. My problem is that in the middle of a holiday season in the middle of the day they were unable to supply me with 2 items. Surely better planning can prevent such dissapointment. We were not even offered the larger packet of Winegumms as compensation.
It is unacceptable to be in the entertaining industry and unable to supply certain products that is advertised.
Not did I loose out on points, I had 4 kids that were dissapointed by the movie experience...
