My daughter and her friend were staying in one of the suppliers flats at 462 Greatermans Building in Commissioner Street since 01/05/2012 the flat is under the name of Ximba Margret Nonhlanhla. When they moved in they payed a deposit of R5500. They gave in a notice to vacate the flat on the 31/12/2013. Begining of this month when we enquired about the refund of the deposit they gave us a statement which states that they will deduct R4192.92 for painting. They were staying in a Bachelor flat even if they had to paint the flat it cannot be that amount. We went to their offices to enquire and they told us to speak to the landlord of the flat but at the flat we cannot find the landlord. They are giving us a runaround we just want our money back. Please help.
They sent an automated reply that they will reply within 48hours and it has passed and we havent had any response
