Firstly! PLEASE IN FUTURE REFRAIN FROM CONTACTING THE LANDLORD OR THE CONTRACTOR DIRECTLY!! You have opted to rent an apartment through a rental agency and shall thus work through them!
The only reason I copied you was to show you that I was making work of your numerous requests / demands.
Secondly, after having opted to rent the unit but BEFORE even moving in to the unit you had issues.
It started with the plants when the outgoing tenant advise you that the plants where hers and that she would be taking them along. Your request was then would the landlord reinstate the garden into the condition you viewed it! Be Advised - Landlords do NOT spend money on gardens since the majority of tenants do not look after garden's. Ask me, I'm a landlord myself.
Thirdly in your lease agreement it clearly states that although the landlord is aware of the defects as per the letter you submitted they are under no obligation to address the items which you have listed - unless it is health OR life threatening, of which none of yours are.
