I made an appointment for a Tattoo at Jaded Ink, my car broke down that day and I couldn't make it. I phoned in and the person I spoke to said he will move the deposit over for me and I made another appointment. When I called to just make sure everything is fine they said I don't have an appointment and I have to pay another R250 to book, I understand why we have to pay deposits for these artists, but I cannot help my car broke down! And they said its fine then and today its not. I spoke to one of the tattoo artists who was very rude and ended up giving the phone to another person. I tried reasoning with them as R250 is not just something that grows on trees, but they were not helpful at all.
I love their work, but will never go back there again.
