I ordered items online from 5rooms. When I finally got the products I did not like them and I made the company aware. Robynn send me an email to find out what I wanted to do and in a nice and respectful way, the goods were collected from my place. Robynn and I communicated by email and there was always a response to me questions and today a refund was done with no hassles at all and, because they to sell such amazing goods, I used the refund to buy something else and I am sure I am going to be happy with my order. It has been a wonderful experience, something you do not find this days. Thanks Robynn.
