I am a grade 12 student at St Peter's College and all I required was for a contact at Discovery to respond to my email. My email sent was of a professional format and manner even edited by my Business Studies teacher. I was only looking to interview the contact and ask the contact a few questions about Discovery and their health plans in order to complete my research task for my grade 12 portfolio. I sent the email twice already and there was absolutely no response, I made sure to send the email during working hours and working days.
