No Response nor any contact

The same KJ Kruger, JH Smith and A Richards.
I bought a machine (MTL960 100Watt) and paid R59 750 and received a confirmation of payment and balance due upon delivery.

Was promised for delivery late Dec 2012 or early Jan 2013. Then after several attempts to contact Warwick, he responded with an email:

Dear Leonard

Although we are only back in the office on Monday 14th January 2013, only to be told that the shipment instead of leaving the first week in December only left on the 22nd December 2012.

We were informed by the shipping company that the latest arrival date will be Monday 28th January 2013.

I have appointed a new product manager her name is Letitia and her email is [Email Removed]

My apologies for any inconvenience caused. Please feel free to email me at any time.

To compensate for the delay, I would like to offer you one unit of black labelling laser marking ink worth R500 as a gift.
