Early January, I enquired with College SA for a course I was interested in. Promptly College SA responded. On 14/1/2014, . Sibongile confirmed to me that I was not required to pay the R750 registration as I was one of the lucky few who got a "free registration voucher". Not having the cash at the time, the news were appreciated so I enrolled with College SA and was honestly happy to begin my studies. I received my wellcome pack on time and even a call from the tutor. You can imagine how excited I was that everything was going so smoothly. But then on 31/01/2014, I receive an sms from College SA/Sibongile wanting to know if I had paid my registration? REALLY? I responded to the sms immediately to get clarity on that, NO feedback. On 4/2/, I sent an email to Sibongile requesting cancellation of this enrolment. AGAIN, my request was ignored. What type of an institution is this? As per the College SA website, within 30 days or registration, my contract will be cancelled without "any questions" asked. Therefore, I request that you cancell without any fees/penalties because I agreed to register under false advertising.
