UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTISE - NOT KEEPING PROMISES

In November/December 2012 I bought Toyota Avensis 2.0 Advanced, of which I paid R20 000, 00 deposit and ABSA financed the car. I picked up a list of things that needed to be fixed and BRENDON promised to fix all of them, and I even gave him a list of these things upon his request. The list included: the engine management light, oil leak, scratches on the body work, funny noise on the engine and the brake system, the jacking of the car like the engine is not intact, painting of the left hand door mirror. This man is not fair because he can't keep his promises, do not phone to update me what is the matter although I have waisted a lot of airtme and petrol running after him. I now realise he only wanted to close the deal and now he's happy and do not care what happens to me, knowing very well all my complains about the vehicle. All I want is for him to get my car sorted out so that I can have a peace of mind.
