Being a very upset and irate customer Wayne Powell ended up having to deal with me as I had problems with my policy and extra charges and blood tests, pma report, changing of details and the list goes on. So Wayne I commend you on always staying calm even if the customer appears not to be always correct. I also thank you for contacting my husband and having to go through the process of having to update and correct all his details as well, where in the past no one bothered to change anything even after e-mails was send etc.
Then yesterday when i went to the Dr office to complete this pma report and there was a problem again, I e-mail Wayne Powell and it was not even 5 minutes and he was on the phone with the Dr's office and sorting the problem. So thank you for that. So now I can breathe and know that for the following years everything will be in order again. Thanks again
