The call centre agent put me through to his supervisor, Kavish, who in short order gave me a no nonsense breakdown of a revised premium that reduced my payment by 30% as well as my excess payment. I was astounded at both his efficiency and the fact that Outsurance would do this, and clearly have risk models that consider clients with my low risk type profile. I have not encountered this kind of innovative thinking with any other insurance company. And the cherry on top is that I verified that there is no change in the fine print, and that's recorded and referenced (yes I do read the fine print). The nauseatingly patronizing banking sector could really go learn from Outsurance that straight talk beats a greedy forked tongue any time. Kavish ensured in one short, transparent phone call that for the first time in my life I actually found an insurance agent to be credible and Outsurance's product to be value for money!
