Incorrect Billing amount compared to contract

I have signed a contract with Telkom Mobile (8ta) on the 31st of March 2013 for a promotion on a wi fi modem and data bundle. The modem plus 5G data bundle amounted to R248.00 per month R200 connection fee R100 additional 5G midnight data bundle. I received an invoice on 04/04/13 to the amount of R1050.00.I contacted the person with whom I signed the contract and she confirmed that the amount of the invoice is incorrect but I must phone 8ta to log a call. I phoned 8ta on the 04/04/13 and logged a call - Reference number 5284431.I spoke to Taryn and she assured me the problem will be sorted out within 3 to 7 days. I phoned again on the 12th of April 2013 to be told by Mpumi that nothing has been done on the problem as yet. I phoned again on 16th of April 2013 and spoke to Thembi who told me the same story. I phoned again on the 19th of April 2013 to be told by Taryn that there is still nothing done. Both these 2 people assured me they will send the request through again. If my bank account is being debited with the R1050.00 on the 25th of April 2013 I will have no choice but to take this to the papers. It is absolutely the poorest service I have ever seen!!
