I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S3 in Jan 2013 on contract with Nashua mobile. After usage of the first month, I phoned Nashua to activate a data bundle. After I got Feb 2013 account I phoned the Call centre on the 18th of March and spoke to Given (ref # 3001618704). My bundle costs were added to the account, but I still made payments for all the data usage on top of this. Given told me that this will be corrected and that my account will be credited with the additional data that I was not suppose to pay for. I received my new statement today and Nothing has been credited. How many times should one phone to get this rectified? I am paying almost double for my account.
