I cancelled my 1GB Month-on-Month recurring data bundle in March so that I can get a bigger 2GB data bundle (Month-on-Month recurring). I went on the Vodacom app and bought the 2Gb month on month recurring databundle. This bundle was supposed to be activated on the 1st of April. On the 1st of April this did not happen. I then logged a complaint with customer (no-) care. They gave me reference number: S3-TM995-5LE0.By the 2nd of April I haven't received any response from Vodacom so I also logged a complaint on Hellopeter.com. I phoned everyday thereafter to get a response from anyone on why this bundle was not activated, only to be told that someone will phone me.
On 5 April I got a phone call from Moddy Motebejane were she apologised and told me that someone would contact me before the end of day 5 April. I'm still waiting for the call. She also confirmed by sms that someone would call me.
It is now 7 days that I'm without the 2Gb data bundle that I bought. I'm currently on out of bundle rates which I will not pay for. I need someone to sort this issue for me asap.
Non delivery of my data bundle comes down to!
