Desperately bad service

I have a big complaint regarding service I am currently receiving from MTN and your absolute inabillity to deal with my problem.
I have 2 concerns
1) I am beiing charged for the 300m data bundle that was supposedly to form part of my current 500 contract. It was correct on the first billing for 20 March 2013, but the 2 subesequent 20 April and 20 May. I am now beiing charged for Whats ging on.
2) I bought a once off 2 gig data bundle on 17 April 2013. I was billed R245 for it on the 20 April 2013 bill. I then phoned the call centre on 21 May 2013 to find out if it was recurring or not. They said it was not recurring and that if I wanted it I must buy it again. I requested a 2gig bundle again. I was billed for it on the 20 May invoice. I now see on my unbilled balance that it shows as to be billed again. I have received 4 gigs, so what the are you billing me for?

I tried to phone your 808 number today and could not get through several times. I went to the Service centre in Centuru City (Smartsurve house). I was "helped" by counter 1 at around 13:15. THis lady was massively unhelpfull and paid attention to her phone and other things rather than helping me... very upset
