Take money but provide No service!!!

We have paid for ADSL lines that we have ports for they insist they can NOT supply ADSL although when we applied they happily took R700 i then said we have 6 boxes that clearly state ISDN so then can we have ISDN he then continued with a condescending Tone and when he said "now listen to me " i said mmm he said "you are extremly childish" when i asked for a superior he claims there are none:-/ where does this leave our company
